8th Annual CAWL Pre-Season Tournament:

Wrestling begins at 9:00 am This is a required tournamnet for all CAWL Wrestlers.The entry fee is $20.00. Please pay Coach Arnold by December 1, 2009, who will pay the tournament director. Coach Arnold will have to submit our roster by December 2, 2008 in order for your wrestler to participate. There will be no Walk-In for this tournament. Spectator admission into the tournament will be $2.00 per person, children are free. Concessions will be available.
Plan on weighing in on Saturday evening (I will update everyone when the time is announced) so that your wrestler can eat a healthy dinner and sleep in a little later on Sunday morning. Weight from the Saturday evening weigh-in counts for the Sunday tournament.
The top six places in each weight class will be awarded. We will wrestle modified HFSH rules and follow the CAWL weight classes (please see the CAWL weight classes page for details).
This is an excellent Pre-Season tournament, as all CAWL teams participate. It will let your wrestler see who will be in his weight class for the season and to get a feel for how they wrestle. Mark your calendar now! Plan on making a day of it, as this is a 10 hour tournament.
