Spring 2026 Registration Fees & Deadlines
CYA registration dates and fees for the Spring 2026 Season are listed in the table below. All information is subject to change without notice based on the number of registrants and volunteer coaches.
IMPORTANT: To avoid the late fee being applied to your registration, your registration status must be ACTIVE. Pending statuses do not apply.
Each sport has its own fee structure and registration schedule. For specific sport information, please visit the web page of the sport in which you are interested by clicking on that sport at the top of this web page.
ALL FEES LISTED INCLUDE FAIRFAX COUNTY USER FEE ($10 for Rectangular Field, Diamonds and Court Users).

* Late Fee is applicable after the Registration Deadline listed. This applies to PENDING registrations as well as NEW. After the Regular Registration Deadline, there are no guarantees that your child will be added to a team.

Player spring registrations withdrawn between 12/1/25-2/28/26 will incur a $5.00 system processing fee.
If the withdrawal request is made after 2/28/26 or where team assignments have been completed, an additional $35 admin fee will be withheld.
Player winter registrations withdrawn between 9/15/25-10/31/25 will incur a $5.00 system processing fee.
If the withdrawal request is made after 10/31/25 or where team assignments have been completed, an additional $35 admin fee will be withheld.
IMPORTANT! Once practice begins, no refund requests will be accepted as the player secured a position not available to another athlete.
EXCEPTION(s) is medical with doctor's documented restriction of practice/play OR
verified relocation out of the Northern Virginia area.
Competitive (AAU, Travel) sport program registration fees are non-refundable.
Credit Card Convenience Fees (service fees) are non-refundable.
