Teens ages 15–18 are eligible to umpire for our 10U program. All teen umpires are required to complete an online training course, attend an in-person training session, and demonstrate their skills during a scrimmage before officiating games independently. Teen umpires earn $50 per game, with payment issued at the end of the season.

• Responsible and dependable
• Clear and confident communication skills
