Tuesdays: ES 6:30-7:45pm

Wednesdays: Future Champions 6:30-7:30pm
Middle School 6:30-8:00pm -
Thursdays: ES 6:30-8:00 @ Chantilly HS

Fridays: Middle School 6:30-8:00pm
Practice Attire: All wrestlers must wear wrestling shoes, a t-shirt, shorts, and headgear. Optional: Mouth guard.
Water Bottles: All wrestlers must bring a water bottle to practice
